The house was flooded, 2 people died of electric shock

The floods that inundated the North Jakarta area seems not only cause loss of material for the citizens. Two people died in the floods after electric shock in two different locations.

Both the victims were killed, Rahmat (60), resident of RT 03/05 Pademangan West Village, District and Supoyo Pademangan Satimin bin (40), resident of RT 04/01 Village Kebun Onions, District of Tanjung Priok. Both were killed when unplugging the power cord in the house flooded.


Garder headman Onions, Ma'mun said, the plight of its citizens occurred at 06.00WIB, yesterday.
"When the water level inside the house only ankle. But it would when pulling the plug, the water is teraliri electricity," said Ma'mun as quoted from the city government website, Beritajakarta.com, Saturday (18/1).


Furthermore, the victim was rushed to the hospital about to Koja. However, on the way, Supoyo lives can not be saved. 


While the victim named Grace, known around the electric shock at his brother's house in RT 02/05, Village West Pademangan, Pademangan. At that time, he was about to turn off the electricity in the house that was left owners. 


"So that morning he telephoned his brother to turn off power. Turns out that he's in, the water inside the house already teraliri electricity," said, Yudhi Dwi Dharma, Deputy District Head Networking.
The water level in the house itself, at the time only about 30 centimeters. But because it teraliri electricity, then the direct victims died on the spot.
